Shipping to the United States

We ship anywhere in the United States, though our flat-rate shipping is only available for shipments to destinations within the continental United States. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address.

Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, please send your inquiry to support@roboterra.com, and we'll send you an invoice shortly.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $1,000 and up. †

Standard, expedited, and overnight orders will be shipped and delivered by UPS.

Shipping charges are per address. Orders that qualify for free shipping will receive free shipping for all addresses.

†Free standard shipping valid at roboterra.com on purchases of $1,000 or more before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. See above for shipping details. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

Shipping to Canada

We're excited to offer flat-rate standard shipping to Canada for USD 19.95 for first item and USD 4.95 per additional item. We ship via UPS Standard service directly to your door. You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. Taxes will be included in your order total. No additional duties will be applied at checkout or upon delivery. Customs delays can be common when shipping to Canada, so please factor this in when placing your order. Orders shipped to multiple addresses will be charged the flat shipping fee for each individual shipment. Please be aware that an import duty might be charged based on the order price by the shipping carrier.
All shipments to Canada must be made to a physical address. We are unable to ship to Canada P.O. Boxes.

Attention: Customers ordering shipments to the Yukon, Northwest or Nunavut territories must email support@roboterra.com to complete their order. Orders shipped to these territories cannot be processed at online at this time.

We do not offer expedited or overnight delivery to Canada. 

Orders shipped to different addresses will be charged separately per individual shipment.
